Born and raised in Hangzhou, China, Qiongfang came to Japan as a student but never intended to stay for the long haul. “After grad I ended up pursuing a career here.” Today she’s part of a business development team at Nagoya’s international airport. “I made an executive decision and I’m glad I stood by it.” When not answering the demands of work, Qiongfang likes to visit her friends in Tokyo. “I never feel bored in this great metropolitan. Who knows, I might even relocate here given the right opportunity,” says our budding C-Suite leader. But why wait? After all, no time like the present.
